Conference Calls are Here to
Stay. by Jenny

Conference calls are here to
stay because they minimize costs and bring people together
for a suitable purpose.
There are three types of conference calls; web,
audio, and video conferencing, and of these there both
reserved and reservationless services available.
Audio conferencing calling is simply a phone call
in which more than one party can converse over the phone at
the same time.
Video conferencing allows you to see who you are
talking to. This type of conferencing can be used as away to
include off-site employees in meetings or connect a diverse
group of employees. It can also be used to make
presentations to clients and
customers.
Web conferencing allows the participants see
different online applications for visual communication, and
there can also be a chat window where participants can type
messages to each other.
A reserved conference call is where an operator is needed as
compared to a reservationless conference call
means no
operator scheduling is required. With a reservationless conference
call the call can be hosted 24 hours a day without
notifying anyone except your participant list.
A
conference calling service can organize the meeting by phone,
with all the parties that need to be involved, and it doesn’t
matter where any of the parties are located at the time of the
call.
